Unlike generic planners that treat everyone as individual users, our app organizes by groups and households. You set up a profile once—whether for a family unit (e.g., 'The Beckers') or a group of friends—and invite the members who belong in it. Your group profile stays with you from gathering to gathering.
Join with an Event Code
When someone hosts a group gathering, reunion, or trip, they generate a simple 6-character invite code. Just enter the code in the app, and your group or household is instantly added to the event roster.
Coordinate Lodging & Tasks
No more cell-overwrite wars on Google Sheets. Browse the list of available rooms in the lodge, cabin, or rental and claim one for your group. Sign up as a group or family unit to host meals, plan the menu, or coordinate tasks cleanly.
Schedule Activities & Assign Leaders
Add activities to the schedule—from afternoon volleyball to group outings. Mark if a leader is needed, and allow group members to volunteer to coordinate the fun, manage guest signups, and keep schedules updated.
